the decor created a relaxed environment! our room was spacious and had everything we needed. the mini bar, including gin and tonic, was a welcome addition. we especially loved the patio doors. super nice team and attentive!
the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. i found that the hotel was not easily accessible. i didn't quite realise this when i booked. the onus was on me to research it more thoroughly.

breakfast had a varied spread. the staff ensured there were options for everyone. we especially enjoyed the freshness of the pastries, and the coffee service was quick and efficient. the dining area was clean.

the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. we walked to several historical sites and enjoyed the local shops. public transport was also readily available, though the parking was expensive.

This hotel really blew my mind. I enjoyed spacious rooms and the extras was wonderful! The rooftop bar was perfect to me. Breakfast was really amazing too.
My room overlooked a side street. There was a service area with nightly rubbish removal and laundry so noise was constant. The tall building opposite blocked sunshine.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a big smile. My room was neat, clean, and comfy, a perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring. I love, love, LOVE the rooftop bar, it has amazing views and delicious drinks!
The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. This is just a minor inconvenience though.

the staff were attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. the room was clean and beautifully presented.
I found the air conditioning to be problematic. despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained excessively cold. the bed was uncomfortably firm. I hoped for better comfort. i also noted the minibar prices seemed inflated.
